Zoom / Phone Consultation

This service is designed for parents who cannot or do not wish to use Jen’s home visiting service. If you don’t live in Sydney but still wish to take advantage of Jens techniques and advice, then you still can.

This service consists of a scheduled phone, zoom or skype call from Jen. You will discuss, intensively, your areas of concern regarding your baby. Jen can offer appropriate advice and work with you to create a plan of management appropriate for your baby. This service is also a good option for those of you who have already used Jens home visiting service but could benefit from ongoing support.

Service includes:

Phone, zoom or skype call (Approximately 1 hour)

A time for Jen to call will be scheduled.

Follow up phone, text and email support

For one week following your initial phone/skype consultation, you can phone, text or email Jen with questions on any areas of concern you may have. Jen will respond to you and will endeavour to answer all of your questions within 24 hours.
